Hello May !!!
Welcome my little earthlings, hope you doing are well :D
A brand new month means a fresh start. Remember last month, I posted " 5 WAYS TO IMPROVE MYSELF " for the month pf April. Well here's an update...
Regarding my slouching, I think now my back it's getting better. I have been sitting in the correct posture and the way I walk also have improved :D Yeahhhhhh to that :D
As for my PMS, not sure yet cause so far it's not the time of the month (when I posted that, I was having it). We'll see this month PMS.
Complaining wise, I think (or maybe not), I have cut down on it. It seems that whenever, I want to open my mouth to complain, I found myself keeping quiet. Weird, but me like it. The less words spoken, the better it is! But there are days, when my mouth is like a waterfall (Usually it occurs when I'm having a super duper bad day). Nevertheless, will continue doing it :D
I think technology have taken over my life! Techies for the win! Urghhhhhh!
But but but, during lunch or dinner, I noticed that I rarely touches it. I more engross in my food rather than my phone. Need more room to improve on this!
In the last post, I mentioned about going to yoga classes. Guess what, I did! I initially thought I would ditched the class because I knew I'm going to be deadbeat after work. However, to my amazement, I didn't feel tired at all during the class and AFTER class. In fact, I felt relaxed despite me doing lots of stretching and doing breathing technique! Good job there! Definitely, going to attend more of such classes!
My thoughts after seeing some improvement, HAPPY KID!
