Hello there! It's been awhile since my last post. Work and school have been keeping me pretty occupied and just last week, I had semester exams. But hey ho, now I'm having term break so of course, that means I can focus on blogging. Yeahhhh me!
Today, I'll be talking about my current favourite eyebrow product - e.l.f Lock Liner and Brow Cream. The formula of this is so creamy and soft in texture. It is pigmented enough that you don't have to constantly dip your brush in the pot every second. The creaminess of this product makes application easy. Using light hand is recommended. You can either go bold or natural with this one. I personally, like my brow to be as natural as possible, but still look defined and I can achieve that with this. The wear out is pretty amazing. I must say it last longer than I expected due to it's creamy texture. I would say about 6-8 hours with a little fading at the tail of my brow.
If you recall, I used to obsess over the Nyx Tame and Frame Brow Pomade but I guess, this has definitely taken over the spot. One thing I noticed about the Nyx pomade is that it dries faster, and you have a short amount of time to play with it before it settles.
I got the shade Medium Brown. It is the second darkest shade in the collection. I was torn between this shade and Espresso. I was afraid that Medium Brown would have red undertone. As for Espresso, I was more concerned how dark it will turn out on me. When I received Medium Brown, I was shocked because the colour I see on the pot is lighter than I expected. I was doom but thankfully, when I did a mini swatch test, it turn out to an okay shade for me. I would describe it as more of neutral brown with a hint of ashy undertone running through it. Perfect for my olive skin tone! You can get e.l.f Lock on Liner Brow cream here.
If you want to see how my brows look like using this, stay tune in my next post. I shall see you then!
W:)
