Hello there ! How was your Saturday ?
My Saturday was a productive one because I managed to clear some of my work in the office and did some errands after that. Anyhow, I'll be starting a series known as "Beauty Products Under $50". This will be a monthly feature on my blog.
The reason why I decided to do this is because seeing as most of us are always on the lookout to find the best beauty products in our local pharmacies or any beauty websites, I thought why not do a series so that I can share my loots and give my personal thoughts on them.
For your information, I don't own any beauty products from the high end brands as I could not bear to spent $70 for just a bottle of foundation or any kind of beauty products ! But, of course, I definitely will NOT say NO to buying them in the future as I know there are some really good products in the high end market that beauty bloggers/gurus and make-up artists swear by and I do want to try them out. However, for now, I shall stick to my budget-friendly beauty products.
So let's get started with the first episode of this series ...
But before that, items are purchased directly from a beauty online shop called Shopping District
1. L'oreal Paris Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara ($16.00)
I was drawn to this mascara because my favourite YouTube/Beauty Blogger, Alix from I Covet Thee, raves about this product. Of course, seeing as how she likes it a lot, I wanted to try it for myself. I personally like voluminous mascara and not the lengthening ones because it brings drama to my lashes. I've been eyeing this for quite some time and finally I saw it online and immediately made a purchase !
2. NYX Tame & Frame Brow Pomade - Brunette ($15.00)
I initially wanted to get the NYX Eyebrow Gel, however, it was sold out so I got this instead. It's time for me to try a new brow product as I'm sick of my current one. I hope this will tame and frame my brows.
3. Rimmel ScandalEyes Shadow Stick - Bad Girl Bronze ($10.00)
Something new for me, I have to give it a go since I've never tried eyeshadow that comes in stick form.
