Monthly Round Up #1
So, I decided not to do a Monthly Favourite type of blog post because I keep using the same old products again and again. Instead, I decided to do a Monthly Round Up. It's basically a summary of that particular month. More of like what I have learned, things that happen and how it affected my life, goals I want to achieve etc.
For this Monthly Round Up #1, I will talk about things/habits that I want to change or incorporate into my daily life.
1. I will like to curse less. Lately, I have been cursing quite a lot, especially during work. For e.g.: people you hate, things don't go as planned or simply hating your job. I know some people got affected by my cursing and no I do not feel bad about doing so because a) they deserve it and b) they STILL deserve it. The reason why I'm cutting down on this habit is because for my own good. I don't need a bad word to control me.
2. Smile. People around me knows that I have severe RBF (aka Resting Bitch Face). So extreme that some thinks that I'm always angry and unapproachable. Guys, it's just the way my physical features are made. I didn't choose this face. Almighty God and the magical wonders of my gene pool made this face. But things have got to change. I vow to smile. Not every time, of course, but on occasion where smiling is needed/appropriate. For e.g.: when I see my crush walking along the hallway (not that I have one, but just in case) or somebody approaches me for help.
3. Being an efficient individual. THIS! Much needed when I'm at work. Be more consistent with planning my daily work tasks and meeting intended dateline. I admit that I can be lazy at times, but this can affect my work performances later in the future and I don't want that to happen. This as got to stop and change has to begin.
4. Taking more quality photos. especially for my blog. Last year, I got myself an Olympus Pen Lite E-PL7 for my travels, however, I realised that I don't do that much of travelling in a year. If I don't use the camera often, it will start to collect dust and in worst case scenario fungus growing on it. Eww! I need to step up and improve my photo-taking skills. I promise no bad photos will be uploaded to the blog as well as my other social media accounts except Facebook.
5. Relax. To always remind myself to take a break every once in a while and by that I mean, taking a quick nap, crack a joke, surround myself with positive energy people (not the super duper hyperactive ones, of course!)
So yeah, that concludes my first ever monthly round up for 2016. How's your January so far? Leave me a comment below, I will love to hear it from you guys! See you in my next blogpost!
Hope you have a great Sunday ahead.
xoxo! W:)
