Why have I not discover you earlier?

People have raved about the Bourjois Healthy Balance Unifying Powder for years, and I'm only trying it now? Where the heck have I been?! Long story short, I was searching for a brand new setting powder as my Catrice All Matt plus Shine Control, smelled a little bit off (don't judge!).

I have been wanting to try this for sooooooooo long, but never got around to it until quite recently. And OH MY GAWD! What did I missed out? The powder itself is finely milled and soft to touch. When applied, it leaves the skin looking all natural. I used a brush to apply this all over my face. I would say the coverage it gives is medium as I can still see my blemishes peeking through. I have yet to try it with my RT Miracle Complexion Sponge (I should eh). With my previous powder, I could see creases forming after a few minutes of wear out however, with this powder, minimal creasing can be seen.

As with any other powders, no matter how many layers you caked your face, when you have oily skin, the oil manages to seep through. I have no problems with this powder when it comes to touching up my makeup thorough out the day. It still look as natural as ever, like as though, you have not done anything to it.

Two downside to this powder/packaging is that it comes only in a few shades (6 I think). I wish they would brought out more. The shade I got is 55 Beige Fonce. Best suited for medium/olive skin. But I still find the shade a tad bit light on me. The last downside to this is that the packaging does not comes with a brush or a sponge. I have to bring my own which can be a hassle if you bring a small bag.

What not to like about this? I wish I discovered it earlier. See you in my next post!

W:)
