Another perfume added to my stash of fragrance (okay, me AND my mom's). I discovered this gem while browsing through the aisle of perfumery in a department store near my workplace. I know for the fact Kendall Jenner was the face of Modern Muse perfume. I'm currently obsessed with her at the minute so naturally, I had to go out and get this right? Lucky me, my mom gifted Modern Muse Nuit for me on my birthday. I think it's a tradition that my mom always got me a perfume for my birthday (Actually no, I asked for it. Heh.).
I'm very bad at describing perfume smell and I'm not gonna try to even do it for you. If you know me or read my blog, I hate sweet, candy-like perfume. I prefer mine to have a touch of musk/wood smell to it. It gives the vibe of a strong independent women when wearing it (I like to pretend that I am). The other Modern Muse perfumes, are not bad either. The Le Rouge was a-okay but it is not as intriguing as Nuit.
Nuit is so unique smelling (for me) as it evokes some kind of dark yet sexy aura to it. I'm not trying to be a sexy women. But I like to smell like one. People always says that a perfume brings out some kind of confidence in oneself. And I totally agree! With Nuit, it gives that boost of confidence. Bear in mind, I'm always lacking in the confidence department.
Have a sniff at this perfume and other Modern Muse range. I bet there is one, that you will fall in love with. Mine is the 30ml. I look up at TANGS Singapore website, it cost $96. They carry the 50ml and the 100ml size.
